EBHOOM EMS

EBHOOM EMS is an Environmental Management System used to monitor environmental and operational information such as water and wastewater quality, flow, emissions, energy, equipment status, and related environmental monitoring information.

The EBHOOM EMS ChatGPT integration allows authorized EBHOOM EMS users to retrieve information from their existing EMS account through ChatGPT. The integration is currently read-only. It does not modify monitoring records, change equipment configuration, operate pumps or machinery, alter regulatory limits, or issue control commands to field devices.

What the ChatGPT Integration Can Do

After connecting an authorized EBHOOM EMS account, users may request:

• Current or latest EMS monitoring status
• Today's environmental parameter exceedances
• Historical exceedances for a selected number of days
• Daily-average EMS monitoring reports
• Missing-data or data-gap reports

The integration only returns information that the authenticated EBHOOM EMS account is permitted to access.

Connecting EBHOOM EMS to ChatGPT

When ChatGPT asks you to connect EBHOOM EMS:

1. Select the option to connect EBHOOM EMS.
2. You will be redirected to an EBHOOM-hosted authentication page.
3. Sign in using the email address or username and password associated with your EBHOOM EMS account.
4. After successful authentication, you will be returned to ChatGPT.
5. ChatGPT may then use the EBHOOM EMS tools when you make an appropriate request.

Your EMS password is entered on the EBHOOM authentication page and is not included in EBHOOM MCP tool responses.

Account Access

Access to monitoring information is determined by your existing EBHOOM EMS account permissions. A standard user can access only information authorized for that account. An administrator or other privileged account may have access to additional users, locations, stations, or data according to the permissions configured in EBHOOM EMS.

Connecting EBHOOM EMS to ChatGPT does not provide additional permissions beyond those already assigned in EBHOOM EMS.

Disconnecting or Revoking Access

Users may disconnect EBHOOM EMS using the applicable connected-app or plugin controls available in ChatGPT. Users may also contact EBHOOM Support to request revocation of an EBHOOM EMS authorization session. Revoking or disconnecting the integration does not automatically delete environmental monitoring records that form part of the user's normal EBHOOM EMS account.

Troubleshooting

I cannot connect my EMS account

Confirm that:

• Your EBHOOM EMS account is active.
• You are using the correct email address or username.
• Your password is correct.
• Your organization permits access to the EBHOOM EMS integration.
• Your ChatGPT account or workspace permits use of the plugin.

I see an authorization error

Disconnect EBHOOM EMS and reconnect your account. If the problem continues, contact EBHOOM Support.

My EMS data appears incorrect or outdated

The ChatGPT integration retrieves information from EBHOOM EMS. Verify the information in the EBHOOM EMS platform and contact EBHOOM Support if you believe monitoring information is missing, outdated, or incorrect.

I can see information I should not have access to

Stop using the integration for that information and contact EBHOOM Support immediately. Please provide enough information for us to investigate, but do not send passwords or access tokens.

Security

Do not share your EBHOOM EMS password, access token, or other authentication credentials with other users. EBHOOM will never ask you to send your EMS password through a ChatGPT conversation.
